Visa requirements
For a number of countries, a visa is necessary to enter the Netherlands. Please check the visa information at http://www.minbuza.nl/en/home section “Visas”. Because travel requirements may change, we recommend that attendees contact their local embassy in time to ensure they have proper documentation. Please note that under aged students need permission from both their parents to travel to the Netherlands when you apply for a visa at the embassy. Some will accept a written authorization signed by both of the parents, but if the embassy is not able to check it with signatures at another official document, it will not be accepted. We advice parents to accompany the under aged student to the embassy or contact the embassy about the right procedure in advance.
