Prof. Dr. Bas J. Blaauboer is Professor of Toxicology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Utrecht University, where he occupies the Doerenkamp-Zbinden Chair on Alternatives to Animal Testing in Toxicological Risk Assessment, located at the Division of Toxicology at the Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences. He is also the Director of the Programme for Postdoctoral Education in Toxicology in the Netherlands and Editor of the Scientific Journal Toxicology in Vitro	Antoine Heideveld Studied Biology at the University of Amsterdam. He is the founder of the network Sustainable Higher Education. He is now employed by SenterNovem in the program Learning for Sustainable Development.	Prof. dr. M.W. Hofkes is full professor of Environmental Economics at the Institute for Environmental Studies of the VU University Amsterdam. Marjan has extensive research and research management experience across a number of fields, including economic modelling, economic growth, endogenous technology and transitions, labour market economics and income policy, ranging from pure academic to policy supporting research. Her more recent work has been concerned with economics of sustainable development, environment-economy trade-offs and economic effects of floods.

Dr.Lisette N. de Senerpont Domis after having successfully written a research proposal, she is trying to tackle both ecological and evolutionary mechanisms behind the response of plankton communities to climate warming. To my opinion, these global rapid environmental changes pose both a unique incentive as well as a challenge for understanding ecosystem functioning. In the future, she would like to extend this research line by focusing on adaptation of food webs to climate change. Keeping up with the novel environments created by rising CO2 levels, changes in precipitation and increasing temperatures may require substantial adaptation in organisms. To what extent do environmental drivers such as climate, habitat defragmentation, pollution, and eutrophication interact in (re)structuring food webs? Mrs. De Senerpont is currently working as a researcher at the Netherlands Institute of Ecology (NIOO-KNAW).	Dr. David Raban David Raban is an Astrophysicist and Astronomer, who did research on the properties of matter revolving around black holes at centers of galaxies. He is now working for TNO Science & Science, in developing space technologies. He has been giving popular science lectures, and is an advocate of promoting scientific thinking and methods to the general public.	Dr. Martha Montero-Sieburth Is a Research Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She has conducted research over a span of 25 years in Latin America—Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala; in the U. S., with diverse ethnic populations, mostly in the New England area, in Spain with Latin Americans, in the Canary Islands and in the Netherlands with second generation Dutch Turkish and Moroccan students and Latin Americans. Her research is on immigrant integration through education and her focus in primarily on qualitative research. She explores the perspectives that teachers, students, and administrators as well as parents in given communities share about education and their opportunities for advancement.

Ir. Sjoerd Keijser Team and project manager at Syntens.Sjoerd is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, particularly in combination. He graduaded as an Industrial Design Engineer from Delft University of Technology. Since then, he advises entrepreneurs and connects them with knowledge and contacts to realize their ambitions.	Murat Durkut Project/Program Manager at TNO Space and Science Department. He studied Applied Physics at Delft University of Technology.	Prof.Dr.Marjan Margadant-van Arcken is former professor of Environmental Education. She studied Philosophy and Pedagogy. Her chair was part of the Centre for Science and Mathematics Education at the University of Utrecht.

Prof.Dr.Egbert Tellegen Is sociologist and environmental scientist. From 1976 until 1999 he was heading the Interfactulty Department of environmental science of the University of Amsterdam. Since 2006 he is teaching 'sociology and environment'at Utrecht University. Recent publications: 'Sociology and sustainable development'A literature review. 2006 'Het Utopisme van de drugsbestrijding' 2008 ( Critical study of the war on drugs) 'groene herfst.
